Gun battles leave numerous puppets dead in country s east KUNAR, Feb An intense fighting unleashed in eastern Kunar province after Mujahideen opened fire on the enemy convoy in eastern Kunar province, forcing to stop, killing a number of the enemy soldiers. The fighting broke out in Asmar district of Kunar late yesterday night in which two of the enemy armored tanks were also shot and destroyed. In a sniper attack, a border police standing guard outside a post in Surkani district of this province was shot last night who was reported killed. About an hour later, Mujahideen exchanged fire with the border police near the post in the same area. No losses of life and injuries have been determined. Mujahideen fighters raided an outpost in Ghani Khail district of bordering Nangarhar province on Sunday predawn, a report from Nangarhar province said, but provided no further details. 2 Arbaki militias change side to Mujahideen KAPISA, Feb.15 Two Arbaki militias are reported to have surrendered to Mujahideen in eastern Kapisa province. Nazr Gul, an Arbaki militia surrendered to Mujahideen early today in the provincial capital of aforementioned province. Early Sunday, Mujahideen ambushed the soldiers of hireling army in Zurmat district of bordering Paktia province, killing two puppets. Almost simultaneously, two Arbakis were sniped and killed elsewhere in Zurmat.

A tank was also destroyed after coming under rocket, while Mujahideen fighter embraced martyrdom in yesterday night s clash. 3 minions injured in Laghman LAGHMAN, Feb. 15 Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate clashed with the puppets in Qarghayee district of Laghman province on Sunday leaving three puppets wounded. One killed, one injured in Kapisa KAPISA, Feb. 15 A puppet soldier was killed and another one wounded during an exchange of fire with Mujahideen in Nijrab district of Kapisa province on Sunday. An armored fighting vehicle was, too, destroyed in Sunday s attack Qari Yousuf Ahmadi Saripul new details SARIPUL, Feb. 15 Reports from northern Saripul province say that on Saturday at around 10:00 am local time, 2 famous Arbaki commanders Khan Muhammad and Gulbuddin joined Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate along with 50 of their men in Sheram district, vowing to never work for the stooge regime again.

After joining of the group, Mujahideen launched a clearing operation in the district during which 3 check posts were overran and a number of gunmen killed and wounded. At around the same time, another operation was launched close to the provincial capital during which Balghali area was liberated from enemy presence as well as 2 other key enemy check posts overrun, paving the way for Mujahideen to set up trenches some 5 km from the capital. Gunman killed in firefight, another wounded URUZGAN, Feb. 15 At around 01:00 pm on Saturday, a firefight took place between Mujahideen and hireling troops in Khas Uruzgan district s Khar Kondi area during which 1 gunman was killed and another wounded. Heavy fighting taking place in Sangin, Nawa and Marjah HELMAND, Feb. 15 Reports arriving from Sangin district say that heavy fighting broke out 06:00 am this morning when Mujahideen engaged a large number of hireling ANA and police launched an operation in Majeed Chawk, Shakar Shela and Charkhakyano Manda areas. Similarly clashes are being reported in Marjah district s Tarkha Nawar region and Nawa district s Tangano Godar and Shor Shorak areas. APC destroyed in Shindand, outpost shelled HERAT, Feb. 15 Officials from Shindand district say that a large ANA outpost in Parmakan area of Zer Koh region was shelled with 5 rockets around 02:00 pm Saturday afternoon, likely causing the enemy losses. At around 10:00 pm at night, an APC was blown apart with a landmine close to the same outpost, killing 2 more gunmen. Lashkargah clash ends as enemy repelled HELMAND, Feb. 15 The fighting which broke out yesterday morning in Khushkawa area of Lashkargah lasted till late afternoon hours, forcing the enemy to flee after causing them losses. Many areas liberated in Saripul, enemy claims baseless SARIPUL, Feb. 15 Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate in northern Saripul province launched a successful operation on Saturday in various areas the provincial capital, seizing a large region as well as check posts which are still in their firm control.
5 Enemy claims through media outlets that Mujahideen have set fire to 20 local houses and beaten up civilians are absolutely baseless. All praise is due to Allah, the Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate strictly follow Islamic rules and regulations and are in pursuit of establishing peace and security for their countrymen and not vice versa. The enemy claims that they have taken back the areas are also absolutely false and everyone is able to observe the situation for themselves. The enemy always spreads such baseless fabricated claims in order to cover their defeats, which have been rejected by the Islamic Emirate each time. 2 APCs destroyed in ongoing Sangin clash, 27 killed and wounded HELMAND, Feb. 15 Cowardly hireling troops that launched an operation near Sangin district center at around 06:00 am this morning were engaged by Mujahideen, sparking heavy clashes which are still said to be ongoing. It is said that 2 enemy APCs have been shot and destroyed 82mm artillery fire, killing and wounding 10 puppets onboard while 6 other gunmen have also been killed in the fighting and 2 others wounded. Separately, Mujahideen repelled 3 large scale enemy offensives in Charkhakyano Manda and Pan Kili areas throughout the day during which 3 bombs also went off on the hirelings, killing and wounding 9. More details as information arrives. 2 gunmen killed in Bala Marghab, 2 wounded BADGHIS, Feb hireling ANA gunmen were killed and 2 others wounded 08:00 am this morning when Mujahideen ambushed their foot patrol in Bala Marghab district s Sur Khan area. 2 outposts attacked in Khan-e-Sheen, 3 killed in fighting HELMAND, Feb. 15 A several hour coordinated assault was carried out on 2 enemy outposts in Khan-e-Sheen district s Taghaz area late Saturday afternoon however the exact losses inflicted could not be determined. Officials from the district add that fighting also broke out early morning hours in Qala Naw area when Mujahideen engaged hireling troops that launched an operation. The clashes are said to be still ongoing at the moment during which 3 gunmen are so far confirmed dead with several other reportedly wounded. More details about the ongoing fighting will be updated as situation develops. Sporadic firing ongoing in Nawa, 3 wounded HELMAND, Feb. 15 Reports from Nawa district say that the enemy fighting which broke out early morning hours after an enemy offensives in Shor Shorak and Nomro areas is said to be still ongoing with sporadic firing being heard. It is said that a bomb went off on the enemy troops at 09:00 am, wounding 2 while an Arbaki commander Zia was also wounded in direct firing. More details later.
