(City of Ordinance Chapter 4, Section 4-1 and 4-2, and Chapter 9, Section 9-5 are in conflict with Florida State Statutes (Right to hunt and fish) and (Field of regulation of firearms and ammunition), which prohibits the City from regulating firearms and ammunition. Additionally, Article IV, Section 9 of the Florida Constitution vests in the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission the exclusive authority to exercise all of the State's regulatory power over all wild animal life.
