Legal aid clinic is not operational and is completely dependent on the PLVs. Two lawyers have been empanelled but they have not come for a month. The Civil Surgeon has ordered for eye specialist and dentist to visit every month. The pro forma which has to be filled with the information about the medical condition of the inmates, requires a lot of tests to be done, whose facility is not available in the prison.
