1 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT As my research topic is Role of National Green Tribunal in Protection of Environment with Special Reference to Fundamental Rights in India which consist eight chapters. In completing this thesis my thanks go first to my great Supervisor Dr. Mahammad Sharif, Associate Professor & Former Head, P.G. Department of Law, Patna University, Patna, for giving me the opportunity and all facilities to complete and submit this Thesis, who inspired me to choose this important and relevant Research Topic of my thesis.
