SHRI GIRIRAJ SINGH to move for leave to introduce a Bill to amend the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, ALSO to introduce the Bill. The Trafficking of Persons (Prevention, Protection and Rehabilitation) Bill, 24. SHRIMATI MANEKA SANJAY GANDHI to move for leave to introduce a Bill to prevent trafficking of persons, especially women and children and to provide care, protection and rehabilitation to the victims of trafficking, to prosecute offenders and to create a legal, economic and social environment for the victims and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. SHR ARUN JAITLEY to move for leave to introduce a Bill to provide for a comprehensive mechanism to ban the unregulated deposit schemes and to protect the interest of depositors and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. ALSO to introduce the Bill. The Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India (Amendment) Bill, 26. SHRI SURESH PRABHU to move for leave to introduce a Bill to amend the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India Act, ALSO to introduce the Bill. The Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts (Amendment) Bill, 27. SHRI RAVI SHANKAR PRASAD to move for leave to introduce a Bill to amend the Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts Act, ALSO to introduce the Bill. The Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Bill, 28. SHRI ARUN JAITLEY to move that the Bill to provide for measures to deter fugitive economic offenders from evading the process of law in India by staying outside jurisdiction of Indian courts, to preserve the sanctity of the rule of law in India and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, be taken into consideration. 8 8 The National Medical Commission Bill, SHRI JAGAT PRAKASH NADDA to move that the Bill to provide for a medical education system that ensures availability of adequate and high quality medical professionals; that encourages medical professionals to adopt latest medical research in their work and to contribute to research; that has an objective periodic assessment of medical institutions and facilitates maintenance of a medical register for India and enforces high ethical standards in all aspects of medical services; that is flexible to adapt to changing needs and has an effective grievance redressal mechanism and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, be taken into consideration. SHRI RATTAN LAL KATARIA KUNWAR BHARATENDRA SINGH That this House do agree with the to move the following:- Thirty-ninth Report of the Committee on Private Members Bills and Resolutions presented to the House on 7 February, 2018, subject to modification that para 4 and sub-para (ii) of para 5 of recommendations thereof, relating to allocation of time to Resolutions, be omitted and the Fortieth Report of the Committee presented to the House on 7 March,. RESOLUTIONS 36. FURTHER DISCUSSION on the following resolution moved by Shri Raghav Lakhanpal on the 22 nd December, 2017 :- This House expresses its grave concern over the population explosion in our country, which, if not taken care of, would lead to demographic catastrophe in the next fifty years, and urges upon the Government to implement a stringent policy aiming at population control at the earliest. Implementation of a stringent population control policy.

11 SHRI SHRIRANG APPA BARNE to move :- Having regard to the fact that- (i) the `Dhangad tribe has been included in the list of the Scheduled Tribes at entry 36 in respect of the State of Maharashtra under the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950; (ii) no tribal population with the nomenclature `Dhangad resides in the State of Maharashtra; (iii) the population of the tribe with nomenclature `Dhangar in the State of Maharashtra is around six per cent. of the total population of the State; and (iv) there is a long pending demand for correcting the nomenclature of the `Dhangad tribe to `Dhangar, this House urges upon the Government to bring forward a suitable legislation for substituting the nomenclature of tribe `Dhangad by `Dhangar in entry 36 of the list of Scheduled Tribes in respect of the State of Maharashtra. SHRIMATI POONAM MAHAJAN to move :- This House expresses its grave concern over 'exotic birds' trade in India in gross violation of the provisions of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and India's commitment to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) and urges upon the Government to take immediate steps to prevent trade of wild exotic birds listed by CITES and initiate stern enforcement of laws and regulations to check illegal capture of nonindigenous species of wildlife that are being smuggled into India. Steps to check exotic birds trade in India.

KIRIT SOMAIYA to move :- This House urges upon the Government- (i) to formulate a Slum Redevelopment and Rehabilitation Scheme for the slums located in the land owned by Government of India or by the authorities of the Government of India, such as slums located on developable Salt Pan Land or on land owned by the Railways, Port Trust and Defence on the lines of similar schemes implemented by the Government of Maharashtra in Mumbai and nearby areas for slums on the State Government land; and (ii) ensure availability of public amenities such as toilet, sewer, water pipeline and drinking water in such slums till formulation of the Slum Redevelopment and Rehabilitation Scheme.
