2 5/2/24 Collier s Migrant Recruitment Team The Will to Act Swift, dramatic action requires an encounter with the brutal facts those awkward, unpleasant truths that organizations prefer not to address or even talk about. You must start with data! Dr. Robert D. Barr (Oregon and Boise State Universities) Commitment to Training Our leadership team invested in our staff to provide technology trainings in the following programs: File Management Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Excel Internet Explorer Microsoft Word TERMS (local MIS program) and others Our team also kicked off a Peer Mentoring program for staff in various job roles to provide peer support. Team Recruitment Goal The migrant team analyzed our historical state survey 5 data - - obvious downward trend. Rather than focus on individual recruiters, we chose to focus on team!
