Officers contacted the male and he stated that he was fine and he took his medication that his mother wanted him to take. The driver, 26 Y/O Brian Ward, of was issued a citation for expired registration. Ward was also found to have a suspended license. Wards license was confiscated at scene. WARRANT Bench Warrant/Misd/Booked Sep 02, 2016-Friday at 17:15 SIXTH ST O initiated a traffic enforcement stop on a black 2000 Ford Ranger, for expired registration. After an on scene investigation, the driver, 25 y/o Willows resident, Salvador Arteaga-Avelar, was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant. Arteaga was transported/booked into the Glenn County Jail for the warrant and cited/released for driving with a suspended license, expired registration, and no proof of insurance. Cacciolfi was also arrested for possession of more than an ounce of marijuana. 3 O was dispatched to a report of a fight in progress at a residence with a firearm involved. Officers arrived at the residence and found one of the involved parties, 20 y/o Michael Rangel, fled the residence prior to arrival. Officers located Rangel on Pine Brookside Dr where he was detained without incident. After an investigation, Rangel was arrested for criminal threats, assault with a deadly weapon - other than firearm, assault with a deadly weapon - firearm, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of metal knuckles, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and brandishing a firearm.
