1 PRESS RELEASE Christopher Protsman Chief of Police Released: Monday, July 23, 2018 POLICE BLOTTER Monday, July 16, An officer conducted a traffic stop for an expired registration. Jessica L. Mills (W/F/31) was arrested for a Moraine Police Department Contempt of Court warrant and felony drug possession. She was also charged with MM possession of marijuana An officer arrested Emily E. Brewer (W/F/36) for an outstanding MCSO warrant An officer responded to the Greene County Jail to pick up Brandon S. Stang (W/M/34). He had 7 KPD warrants for his arrest An officer responded to 5416 Bunker Hill Apt. B on a report of a dead body. Todd Bailey, w/m, 47, died of an apparent overdose. MC Coroner responded to take custody of the body An officer conducted a traffic stop on Woodman Dr. at Patterson Rd. Jenna N. Morris (W/F/24) was issued a summons for Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments An officer was dispatched to Phillipsburg, Oh to take custody of a prisoner with a Kettering Warrant. Jason M. Thomas (W/M/33) had an active Kettering warrant for FTC / Arraignment. He was transported to the KPD Jail without incident Officers were dispatched to 1224 E. Stroop Rd. on a weapons complaint. A subject was seen walking with a sword in the area. Chance Mills
2 (B/M/17) was charged with Falsification and transported to JDC Tuesday, July 17, 2018 Jessica L. Mickes (W/F/38) summons possession of marijuana Kurt M. Fredette (W/M/35) summons open container in a motor vehicle Officers were sent to the Speedway on Dorothy at Woodman for two intoxicated subjects. Eliana O. Palmer, w/f/24, was unable to care for herself so she was arrested for public intoxication. Courtney Hawke, w/f/21, was issued a summons An officer stopped a vehicle in the 2700 block Wilmington for an equipment violation. The driver was found to have multiple warrants through MCSO and Trotwood PD. Harbor, Jerrell L, b/m/31, was arrested An officer was sent to Indian I-675 to take custody of Ferrell, Derek T, w/m/24, on our FTC warrant An officer located Brian K. Pertee (W/M/50) urinating on the sidewalk in front of 1225 E. Dorothy. He was issued a summons for Disturbing the Peace and for Possession of Marijuana An officer conducted a traffic stop on E. Dorothy Ln. at Ackerman for moving violations. Ernest J. Cosby (B/M/30) had active warrants for his arrest (Dayton No OL and Reasonable Control), (OSP DUS), (MCSO FTA / Child Support) and was taken into custody. Steven W. Belcher (W/M/40) was arrested for Possession of Drugs. Both subjects were transported to KPD Jail without incident Wednesday, July 18, 2018 No arrests Thursday, July 19, 2018

Wilson (W/M/45) was arrested for Domestic Violence by Threats and Burglary Officers responded to 5812 Millshire on a dispute between two adult sisters. Sarah A. Quinn (W/F/31) was arrested for Child Endangering and Disorderly Conduct, and transported to KPD jail. She was also issued a summons for drug paraphernalia in the residence Officers went to the area of Dot s Market for a warrant service. Mark L. Smith (W/M/54) was arrested for Obstructing Official Business and Drug Paraphernalia, as well as the MSO warrant for Probation Violation, and transported to KDP jail An officer took custody of Kyle M. Quillen, w/m/28, on our FTC warrant Friday, July 20, An officer served an original KMC warrant for theft by fax to MCSO on Meagan N. Howard (W/F/23) Summons Anthony W. Link (W/M/53) for Possession of Marijuana Officers were dispatched to 1741 Beavercreek Lane on the report of a family trouble. Carla J. Sidenstick, W/F/59, was arrested for domestic violence and transported to the KPD Jail Saturday, July 21, An officer was en route to another call when he observed a vehicle stopped in the roadway at Bigger Rd and Wilmington Pk. Elizabeth A. Koerper (W/F/25) was arrested for OVI and transported to KPD jail. She refused the breath test Officers were dispatched to Kroger, 2115 E. Dorothy Lane, on the report of a suspicious person. Landon D. Waters, B/M/24, was subsequently arrested for disorderly conduct/public intoxication and transported to the KPD Jail
4 1718 Officers went to 3028 Larue to attempt a warrant service. Russell D. Keith, W/M/22, was arrested for the warrant and possession of drugs. Keith was transported to the KPD Jail An officer was out with a subject at 2701 S. Dixie Hwy. Lynne M. Votaw, W/F/36, was found to have a Delaware County SO warrant for larceny and was arrested without incident. She was issued a summons for possession of marijuana An Officer conducted a traffic stop at Tabor and Smithville. Jacob C. Harris, W/M/25 was arrested for possession of drugs and transported to the KPD Jail Charles A. Sieber, W/M/59, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana. Sieber was stopped for a traffic violation at Norton and Patterson and also issued a citation for a moving violation Sunday, July 22, An officer interviewed a subject in relation to a morals complaint. William L. Mattox (W/M/59) was arrested for Gross Sexual Imposition and transported to KPD jail. He was later transferred to MCSO jail Officers responded to McGillicutty s 1980 E. Whipp Rd for a disturbance. Joe G. Lewis (W/M/40) was arrested for Disorderly Conduct (PI) and transported to KDP jail Officers responded to the CVS store at 1785 Woodman to meet with a complainant about that an assault that occurred at 1909 E. Bataan Dr. Jimmy D. Perry (W/M/53) was arrested for Assault and Menacing and transported to KDP jail An officer served KPD warrants for Assault and Disorderly Conduct on Michelle L. Waters (W/F/44) by fax to MCSO jail An officer responded to Preble Co SO to pick up a subject held on our warrant.
