Gillett Rd Harass / CM OGD On 1/3/18 at 16:00 hours the victim reported being punched in the face by the suspect after he inquired if she wanted to have intercourse with him. West Ave Vehicle Fire OGD On 1/6/18 at 11:28 hours the victim reported his vehicle started on fire while he was driving it. Union St PL Arrest OGD On 1/6/18 at 15:48 hours the reporting officer observed the suspect remove two bags of cans and bottles from the donation bin. Westside Drive Harassment OGD On 1/6/18 at 16:10 hours the victim reported being harassed by the suspect. They were arguing about money owed. Union St Attempted ID Theft OGD On 1/7/18 at 22:54 hours the victim reported she received a phone call from someone pretending to be from Apple. Chambers St ID Theft OGD On 12/20/17 at :30 hours the victim reported his Visa used without his permission. Quail La Plow Scam OGD On 12/20/17 at 22:24 hours the victim reported paying the suspect for plowing services. The suspect has not returned to fulfill the contract. Spencerport Rd CM 4 th OGD On 12/21/17 at 18:00 hours the business reported a pump damaged by the suspect. A witness stated the male was apparently enraged that he could not open the gas cap on his vehicle. Union St Dis Con / Harass OGD On 12/21/17 at :10 hours witnesses reported the suspect had threatened someone at the scene, yelled obscenities and racial slurs, was swinging a chain and had some type of weapon. Washington St Harassment 2 nd OGD On 12/22/17 at :30 hours the victim reported being pushed by the suspect after a verbal argument. Spencerport Rd Harassment OGD On 12/22/17 at 20:03 hours security personnel reported being harassed after ejecting unruly spectators at a basketball game. Hobbes La PL OGD On 12/27/17 at 11:00 hours the victim reported DVD s stolen from his apartment. West Ave PL OGD On 12/28/17 at :10 hours the victim reported a snow-blower taken from the driveway. West Ave GL OGD On 12/28/17 at :30 hours the victim reported his unlocked vehicle entered. Gift cards and credit cards were taken. Nichols St PL OGD On 12/13/17 at 17:25 hours the victim reported his Craftsman snow blower stolen. The theft occurred sometime between 9/1/17 and 12/13/17. Lansmere Way Property Damage OGD On 12/15/17 at 12:15 hours the victim reported an unknown vehicle spun out and went into the yard ripping up the sod.
