Union St PL Arrest OGD On 1/6/18 at 15:48 hours the reporting officer observed the suspect remove two bags of cans and bottles from the donation bin. Westside Drive Harassment OGD On 1/6/18 at 16:10 hours the victim reported being harassed by the suspect. They were arguing about money owed. Union St Attempted ID Theft OGD On 1/7/18 at 22:54 hours the victim reported she received a phone call from someone pretending to be from Apple. A witness stated the male was apparently enraged that he could not open the gas cap on his vehicle. Union St Dis Con / Harass OGD On 12/21/17 at :10 hours witnesses reported the suspect had threatened someone at the scene, yelled obscenities and racial slurs, was swinging a chain and had some type of weapon.
