6 Re: Re: SEC. 540 (Dangerous Drug Offense) Max. is $ BBS should be $ if we are to be consistent with the other bail bonds for other offenses, however, when asked what they wanted the bond to be, they requested it be set at $ should this stay at $500.00? SEC. 565 (Gambling) - There is not a penalty mentioned in this section of the Code. There is not an amount mentioned at all and the Bail Bond Schedule for Iowa and Pottawatomie do not show one.
