5 3 PEOPLE WJLL WN FlNAL VlCTORY Although both the systems of the so called Prcletariat Dictatorship and Jviilitarist Dictatorship start collapsing one after another in the world, there are some of the remnants of the despotic government, shamelessly and stubbornly clinging in power, still leftoburma is a case in this regard. The military regime of Burma has been for the passed 30-year ruling the country like a slave camp forcing the people to serve only its purpose by means of brute force of which, the degree of atrocity can match the most atrocious of the past and present. But unfortunately the cry of the suffering millions so far,has not dra~n enough attention from the so called freedom lovers of the world. Thus ~til now,the tragedy continues. The people of the world want democracy, peace and racial equality and a high living standard without which life is meaningless. The history shows that the people dare to sacrifice everythir:.g for ~.':leir social development. The struggle of the peonl e of the world over against fascism in the Second World War is a good example shown to us.bo also the heroic people of the ~astern Eu...:ope countries have already changed most of their unwanted governments which exercised the?roletaria.t Dictatorship aiming at constructing 50ciali sm and Communism on the be 5i s of f.arx).sm & Leninism into the multi-party democratic systerr. based on the free m&ri~et economic system by -bravely and undauntedly fi~htin against their ~~populqr governments. r~ow it has been three years since the heroic people 0: the whcle country in Burma staged a bloody demonstratior.on which demanded an absolute abclishment of a single-pcrty ~litical system based on the Militarist Dictatorship and an urgent reconst.!"uction of.enl.~a on the basis of democracy, peace and racial equality. Vie solem.~ly salute the cause of the (4) eights incident. (Nai 0,.r"\ ~~ ~ T'in Aung) Chairman Vion National Relife Committee
