1 THE CORPORATON OF THE CTY OF BRAMPTON BYLAW Number A Bylaw to authorize the execution of a Cessation of Charge. WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to enter into and execute a Cessation of Charge; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Brampton hereby ENACTS as follows: 1. That the City of Brampton enter into and execute a Cessation of Charge in the form attached hereto as Schedule 'A' with the following; BRAMALEA CONSOLDATED DEVELOPMENTS LMTED. 2. That the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized to affix their signatures to the said Cessation of Charge.
