WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property into the City pursuant to Section , Florida Statutes, and the City has complied with all applicable requirements of Florida law in connection with this ordinance; now, therefore, BE T ORDANED BY THE CTY COUNCL OF THE CTY OF CLEARWATER, FLORDA Section 1.
