3 ORDINANCE NO AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEMINOLE, FLORIDA, AMVEXING A 0.43 ACRE PARCEL OF UNINCORPORATED PINELLAS COUNTY, IFILORIDA INTO TEE CITY OF SEMINOLE WHICH PARCEL IS LOCATED ON TEE SOUTEIWEST CORNER OF 10IST AVENUE N. AND 109* STREET N., AT ~~ STREET N. (PIN #: 22/30/ ), WHICH INCLUDES A PORTION OF ADJOIMNG RIGHTS OF WAY, AND WHICH 1S.CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF SEMINOLE; REDEFINING TEE BOUNDARY LRWS OF TEE CITY OF SEMINOLE, FLORIDA TO INCLUDE SAID PARCEL; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTMZ DATE. The City of Seminole acting by and through its City Council, under the authority of Chapter 17 1 Florida Statutes, hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Seminole, Florida the following described property and accordingly redefines the boundaries of said City to include the following:

4 Lot 2, BLOCK D, GOLDEN GROVES UNIT 2, according to that certain plat as recorded &I the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and a portion of the right of way for 10 la Avenue N. and logm Street N., described as follows: Commencing at the southwest comer of Lot 2 as described in Plat Book 41, Page 3 as the point of beginning; thence north along the west lot he of Lot 2, Block D, a distance of approximately 130 ft. to the center line of the right of way for 101 st Avenue N. to a point; thence east along the centerline of the right of way line of 101* Avenue N. a distance of approximately 14 ft. to a point; thence north approximately 30 ft. to the southeast comer of Lot 4, Block G, Golden Groves Unit 2 subdivision to a point; thence east along the northerly right of way line of 1 old Avenue N. a distance of approximately 130 ft to the centerline of 10 1 * Avenue N. and 1 Ogm Street N. to a point; thence south along the centerline of the right of way of 109~ Street N. a distance of approximately 160 ft. to a point; thence west along the south lot line of Lot 2, Block D, a distance of approximately 130 ft to the point of beginning. - Section 3. The City Council hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the annexed properties. The land herein annexed is designated as Residential Low (RL) on the Pinellas County Future Land Use Map and shall be designated on the City's Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map as Residential Low (RL), and the City's Future Land Use Map boundaries shall be redefined to include the property annexed herein. The land herein annexed is designated as Residential Single Family Low (R-3) on the County Zoning Map and shall be designated on the City's Official Zoning Map as Residential Low (RL), and the City's Official Zoning Map boundaries shall be redefined to include the property annexed herein. It is the intention of the City Council that each provision hereto be considered severable, and, if any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or provision of this Orbce is held invalid, the remainder of the Ordinance shall not be affected. This Ordinance shall be published for two consecutive weeks in the newspaper in accordance with the provisions of Florida Statutes, 2007, Section Voluntary Annexation. Ord

The City Clerk shall file certified copies of this Ordinance together with the map attached hereto, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and the County Administrator of Pinellas County, Florida, within 7 days after adoption and shall file a certified copy with the Florida Department of State within 30 days after adoption. The land herein annexed is designated as Residential Low (RL) on the Pinellas County Future Land Use Map and shall be designated on the City's Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map as Residential Low (RL), and the City's Future Land Use Map boundaries shall be redefined to include the property annexed herein. The land herein annexed is designated as Residential Single Family Low (R-3) on the County Zoning Map and shall be designated on the City's Official Zoning Map as Residential Low (RL), and the City's Official Zoning Map boundaries shall be redefined to include the property annexed herein. It is the intention of the City Council that each provision hereto be considered severable, and, if any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or provision of this Ordinance is held invalid, the remainder of the Ordinance shall not be af3ected. This Ordinance shall be published for two consecutive weeks in the newspaper in accordance with the provisions of Florida Statutes, 2007, Section Voluntary Annexation.
