District, Chatham County, Georgia" dated June 24, I have enclosed a certified copy of the ordinance and a copy of the survey for your reference. Note that only the acres as shown on this boundary plat are included in the annexation. The City intends to add all the annexed area to maps provided by the United States Bureau of the Census during their next regularly scheduled boundary and annexation survey of the City. The survey and map will be completed as instructed and returned to the Census Bureau. 4 AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF SAVANNAH PROPERTY LYING CONTIGUOUS TO THE EXISTING CORPORATE LIMITS AND BEING THE TERRITORY DESCRIBED IN THE SURVEY ENTITLED "A PLAT OF LOTS 12, 20 & 21 AND A PORTION OF LOTS 13 AND 19, ULMER'S SUBDIVISION OF THE LANCASTER TRACT, 7TH G.M. DISTRICT, CHATHAM COUNTY, GEORGIA" PREPARED BY MORGAN LAND SURVEYING, LLC, DATED JUNE, 24, 2013; TO REPEAL ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, OTAMOT LAND, LLC the owner of a certain tract of land contiguous to the corporate limits of the City has submitted a petition requesting annexation to the City; and WHEREAS, the provisions of Chapter 36 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated (O.C.G.A et seq.) have been complied with; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah, Georgia, in regular meeting of Council assembled and pursuant to lawful authority thereof: SECTION 1: The following tract being contiguous to the City of Savannah and described as: Property Description All that certain tract of land known as Lots 12, 20 & 21 and a portion of Lot 12 & 19, Ulmer's subdivision of the Lancaster tract, 7th G.M.
