1 ORDINANCE NO 2517 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ISSAQUAH, WASHINGTON, ESTABLISHING PRE-ANEXATION ZONING FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE HIGHLANDS DRIVE AREA WHEREAS, the City of Issaquah has received a petition for anexation of certain property located adjacent to the curent city limits and commonly known as the Highlands Drive Anexation; and WHEREAS, there are several parcels of property within said anexation area; and WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 35A14330 and 340, the City Council held two public hearngs not less than thirty (30) days apar on the proposed pre-anexation zoning designations for the property; and WHEREAS, after taking public testimony during the two public hearngs, the City Council has determined to adopt pre-anexation zoning designations as established by this ordinance, NOW, THEREFORE, ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ISSAQUAH, WASHINGTON, DO Section 1 Pre-Anexation Zoning Established Pursuant to RCW 35A14330 and 340 the following pre-anexation zoning designation is hereby established to be effective upon annexation to Issaquah, as provided below: A For all properties as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto, Single Family Suburban (SF-S) B No zoning shall be applied to the right of way Page 1 of4
