2 Chinese Pistache, Shumardi Oak, or Shademaster Locust Trees must be a minimum of three inches (3 ") in diameter at a point two feet (2') above ground level, and must be planted along the street of such Lot as will be indicated on the approved Mid Kansas Engineering Consultants, Inc.
