More than 35 million millennials and Generation-Y employees (those born after 1980) are starting their careers and looking for jobs with companies who can meet their aspirations. This panel will explore the Millennial personality and temperament, focusing on differences from previous generations. We will share our experiences, positive and negative, in integrating this generation into our workforces. The Millennials on this panel will provide insight to what attracts this age group to companies and how companies keep and groom our future leaders. This is about more than just salary and benefits: according to the Human Resources Management Center, millennials are looking for purpose. They are attracted to businesses focused on solving problems in society, who develop professionals, and offer the prospect of flexibility, well-being and growth 10:00 am 10:30 am Morning Break

Every person in an organization is needed to achieve an amazing customer experience but using innovation can increase this experience for the Customer. Customer expectations and competitive offerings are always on the rise. Your processes, policies, skills, and motivations have a lot to do with keeping customers coming back and even more to do with customers deciding not to come back. Think of your own situation as a customer whenever you ve decided not to go back to a certain product, service or place, it was usually because you were turned off by a process, policy, skill, or motivation, right?
