Michelle, a Feng Shui healer, is an adjunct professor at the University of Texas at El Paso and teaches Feng Shui. She is a monthly contributor to The City Magazine and conducts workshops around the country in which participants learn how to tap into a deep well of spirituality, meaning, and purpose. 12:00 1:30 pm Key Note Luncheon Chris Williston has led the Independent Bankers Association of Texas for the past 29 years. A veteran of the banking industry for 43 years, he previously served the Texas Bankers Association and Alex Sheshunoff & Co. Under Chris leadership the association has grown into the largest state community bankers association in the country representing more than 2,000 Texas banks and branches. He serves on numerous Boards and Advisory Councils for the financial industry including PULSE/Discover, Southwestern Graduate School of Banking Board of Trustees and TIB-The Independent Bankers Bank. 2:00 3:30 pm FWIT Strategic Planning Keith Hughey is a management consultant with over thirty-five years of consulting and managerial experience. Until founding his own practice, J. Keith Hughey Company in 2008 he was a principal in the WHY Group, LLC. These days much of his time is spent facilitating corporate planning retreats, consulting on organizational health (human systems), corporate governance, change management, productivity, and performance improvement. De Onate discovered El Paso del Norte or the Pass of the North in The valley between two mountain ranges became the location of El Paso (Texas) and Ciudad Juarez (Mexico) on either side of the Rio Grande.
