2 ABOUT US The Gridiron Stadium Network (GSN), was created in 2005 to create awareness and to promote the assets of its member stadiums. Today, the GSN represents 14 NFL teams and stadiums, working to optimize business opportunities and expand the use of each members state-ofthe-art facilities for incremental sports, entertainment, public and private events. From sold out concerts and sporting events to smaller, more intimate shows and conferences, GSN members are dedicated to providing the best experiences for audiences, artists, producers, promoters, corporate and community partners.

3 WHAT WE DO As an advocate for our participating teams and stadiums, GSN works to market the assets of each individual stadium to attract concert promoters and event producers to bring their events to GSN stadiums. With the help of Apregan Entertainment Group, GSN is able to reach key decision makers in the live entertainment industry to help influence artist tour routing decisions.

4 MISSION The primary objective of GSN is to identify new business and programming opportunities and to provide its participating members with a competitive advantage. In order to effectively accomplish this, the organization reaches out to the entertainment industry to learn about booking opportunities that we can share with our members. At the same time, GSN is able to provide agents, promoters and producers with a one-stop booking source where they can get basic information on our stadiums, including avails, seating diagrams and venue expenses.

5 WHAT WE VE DONE Over the past ten years, Gridiron Stadium Network stadiums have worked with every major concert producer in North America and hosted numerous concerts and special events. In select situations, GSN stadiums and their team ownership, have assumed the promoter responsibility and both the financial risks and rewards that go along with it. In 2015 alone, GSN stadiums hosted over 35 concerts, with paid attendance of over 1.8 million fans and combined gross revenue of $182 million.

11 For nearly 35 years, Apregan Entertainment Group has produced, promoted and managed live entertainment events throughout the world. From world tours to once-in-a-lifetime events, Jeff Apregan has produced events in venues ranging from clubs to coliseums. Apregan Entertainment provides a variety of entertainment consulting services including talent buying, strategic planning, project management, tour direction, tour promotion and marketing, event budgeting and risk assessment. The company specializes in the development and execution of live entertainment programs and initiatives for artists, venues, organizations and corporations. In 2006, Gridiron Stadium Network retained the services of Jeff Apregan, a concert industry veteran, and Apregan Entertainment Group as a booking advocate for the group.
