5 Electronic Recording Improper filing of sensitive information. PRO User Questions Does it cost to print from PRO? PRO Tip PRO is free! It does not cost to register or print directly from PRO unless the documents are printed in the Clerk s Office. Documents printed in-office are $1/page. I am an attorney. Why do I have to click on these triangles to request documents? Ordinarily, an Attorney of Record (bar number on case) has a greater level of access than a registered user. One exception is probate cases where even an attorney of record must request an image prior to viewing to ensure compliance with Fla. R. Jud. Admin and AOSC Attorney staff always has registered user access. If you believe you should have greater access to a case than what is currently offered in PRO, verify your user role permissions under the security matrix found in AOSC Also, confirm that you are listed as the Attorney of Record on the Parties tab of the case. If not and you have filed the proper paperwork, please contact the appropriate department in the Civil or Criminal Divisions of the Clerk s Office. *Note: If a case has been closed for 30 or more days, you are no longer considered the Attorney of Record per Fla. R. Jud.Admin 2.505(f) and you will have Registered User access We are a small law firm. Do we have to register our firm and assign a Gatekeeper? A Gatekeeper is not required for law firms, nor is agency registration. Non-attorney staff can register individually for Registered User access and the attorney(s) can register as Attorney of Record I requested a document and it turned blue, but days have gone by and it is still blue After an image has been requested (VOR) and the triangle will remain blue. This is a design feature that confirms the document in question was previously VOR d. After two business days the image should be viewable when you click on the icon.
