The public is invited to address agenda items, to place matters on the agenda directly related to school business, and submit items within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board of Trustees for future consideration. 3. Individuals addressing the Board shall be limited to five minutes each with no more than twenty minutes per topic. Furthermore, a member of a legislative body, or the body itself, subject to rules or procedures of the legislative body, may provide a reference to staff or other resources for factual information, request staff to report back to the body at a subsequent meeting concerning any matter, or take action to direct staff to place a matter of business on a future agenda. PROPOSED APPROVAL OF DECLARATION OF NEED FOR FULLY QUALIFIED EDUCATORS FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR. Approve Declaration of Need for Fully Qualified Educators for the school year. b. PROPOSED APPROVAL OF LOSS CONTROL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN KEENAN & ASSOCIATES AND THE WINTON SCHOOL DISTRICT EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2015 THROUGH JUNE 30, Approve Loss Control Services Agreement between Keenan & Associates and the Winton School District effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017.

PROPOSED APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO THE PROPERTY AND CASUALTY CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN KEENAN & ASSOCIATES AND THE WINTON SCHOOL DISTRICT EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2015 THROUGH JUNE 30, Approve Amendment to the Property and Casualty Claims Administration Services Agreement between Keenan & Associates and the Winton School District effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, d. PROPOSED APPROVAL OF SECTION 111 REPORTING ADDENDUM PROPERTY AND CASUALTY CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT DATED JULY 1, 2013 BETWEEN KEENAN & ASSOCIATES AND THE WINTON SCHOOL DISTRICT. Approve Section 111 Reporting Addendum Property and Casualty Claims Administration Agreement dated July 1, 2013 between Keenan & Associates and the Winton School District. e. PROPOSED APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT/LEASE BETWEEN RISO PRODUCTS OF SACRAMENTO, INC. AND THE WINTON SCHOOL DISTRICT TO PROVIDE FIVE RISO MACHINES DISTRICTWIDE. Approve the Agreement/Lease between RISO Products of Sacramento, Inc. and the Winton School District to provide five RISO Machines districtwide. f. PROPOSED APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DESIGNATED PERSONNEL TO SIGN FOR ALL CONTRACTS AND DOCUMENTS FOR PRESCHOOL FOR FISCAL YEAR Approve Resolution Authorizing Designated Personnel to sign for all contracts and documents for Preschool for Fiscal Year g. PROPOSED APPROVAL OF CALIFORNIA SCHOOL BOARDS ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP DUES AND EDUCATION LEGAL ALLIANCE MEMBERSHIP DUES FOR IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,219. Approve the California School Boards Association Membership Dues and Education Legal Alliance Membership Dues for in the amount of $8,219. h. PROPOSED APPROVAL OF THE REVISED JOB DESCRIPTION OF FOOD SERVICE DELIVERY/CUSTODIAN. Approve the revised Job Description of Food Service Delivery/Custodian.

PROPOSED APPROVAL TO ADD THE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN II POSITION ON RANGE I AND FOOD SERVICE DELIVERY/MAINTENANCE POSITION ON RANGE II OF THE WINTON SCHOOL DISTRICT CLASSIFIED SALARY SCHEDULE EFFECTIVE JULY 1, Approve to add the Maintenance Technician II Position on Range I and Food Service Delivery/Maintenance Position on Range II of the Winton School District Classified Salary Schedule effective July 1, j. PROPOSED APPROVAL TO ADD STEP 10 TO CLASS III AND LONGEVITY STEP L-1 TO THE PRESCHOOL TEACHER AND LONGEVITY STEPS L-1 AND L-2 FOR THE PRESCHOOL ASSISTANT TEACHER OF THE WINTON SCHOOL DISTRICT PRESCHOOL SALARY SCHEDULE EFFECTIVE JULY 1, Approve to add Step 10 to Class III and Longevity Step L-1 to the Preschool Teacher and Longevity Steps L-1 and L-2 for the Preschool Assistant Teacher of the Winton School District PreSchool Salary Schedule effective July 1, k.
