5 3. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT 3.1 Currency All fees shall be paid in US Dollars. If you wish to pay in the local currency, the official exchange rate is USD 1 = Rp (Note: can change the currency in 2017) 3.2 Deposit A deposit of USD 500 per team shall be paid before 1 st January 2017 to confirm your participation This deposit is non-refundable if your team withdraws from the competition. You are responsible for any bank charges incurred for international bank transfers. 3.2 Final Payment The host shall provide an initial invoice of total payment amount at least 2 weeks before the competition to each participating team. This total amount (minus any deposit) must be paid upon arrival. If there is any dispute with the amount, the participating team must still pay 90% of the total payable amount upon arrival. The remaining 10% balance shall be finalized with the organizing committee after that. 3.3 Bank Information for Payment Beneficiary Bank : Bank Negara Indonesia Bank Address : Jl. 6 3.5 Insurance All teams shall be responsible for their own delegates insurance: goods, third-party, and repatriation. Importantly, every delegate should ensure they have valid health and accident insurance coverage.

FEE 4.1 Competition Fee The WYBTC 2017 Competition Fee is USD 80 per day, so a total of USD 240 from 7 th Aug to 9 th Oct The fee will cover the following - 3D3N stay in the official hotel (Check in on 7 th Aug, check out on 9 th Aug) - All meals (start from 7 th Aug lunch, end with breakfast on 9 th Aug) - Gala Dinner - Transportation from airport, hotel and competition venue - Event Shirt Please take note that the official arrival airport is Ngurah Rai International Airport for the airport transfer. If you arrive at another airport and require pickup service, extra fee will be required. 4.2 FITB Event Fee All delegates listed in the official registration form shall pay the FITB Event Fee of USD 25 per delegate Exemption is granted to only 1 FITB coach of each team provided that he is holding a valid coach card that has not expired. Please attach a copy of FITB coach card with your registration form Exemption is also granted to all FITB International Referees (valid) if he is registered as a referee only with NO other team appointment. He must be available for any official scheduling. If he is also the coach, player or any other team appointment, he shall pay 50% of the FITB Event Fee All supporters are exempted from the FITB Event Fee.

8 4.3 Requirement of FITB International Referee Each participating team shall register and bring along 2 valid FITB Referees for the competition. These referees are considered as official delegates and still have to pay the WYBTC 2017 Competition Fee to the host The team shall pay up to USD 500 for each FITB Referee that they are short of, as the host needs to find replacement FITB Referees If the team sends any participant for the FITB International Referee course (if conducted), these participants shall be considered as one of the above required FITB Referee, regardless whether he/she passes the assessment. 4.4 FITB Special Seminar FITB C Referee Seminar (Special) Course Fee: USD 150 (Original USD 200) Date & Time: 14:00-18:00, 5 th Aug and 09:00-16:00, 6 th Aug Compulsory Online Registration: FITB C Licence Refereeing Course in Indonesia (WYBTC) 2017 NOTICES.The online Registration system will be open from November, 7 th 2016 until May 31 st, The Online Registration System will be close on Wednesday, May 31 at 5 pm. (GMT+8) The FITB TC is organizing a special FITB C Referee Seminar during this competition as it is beach tchoukball instead of the standard 7-a-side indoor tchoukball, This course will comprise of the standard theory and practical lessons and exams. Due to the nature of beach tchoukball (small teams, playing area etc), participants whom successfully attended and pass both exams will receive a certificate of attendance instead of the full certification. This participant can chose to complete and pass the practical assessment during a FITB Type A and B competitions (Indoor) within the next 2 years, to receive the full FITB C Referee certification. It will be necessary to top up the balance of USD 50 to take this practical assessment.

9 4.4.1 FITB C Coach Seminar (The first global beach coaching) Course Fee: USD 200 Date & Time: 14:00-21:00, 5 th Aug and 08:00-14:00, 6 th Aug Compulsory Online Registration: FITB C License Beach Coaching Course in Indonesia 2017 NOTICES.The online Registration system will be open from November, 7 th 2016 until May 31 st, The Online Registration System will be close on Wednesday, May 31 at 5 pm. COMPETITION RULES 5.1 Team Category - Men and Women M12, M15 & M18 Each country is only allowed to send 1 team per category Note: Under current FITB rules, the host country is allowed to send up to 2 teams per category but only 1 team will be ranked officially (if applicable). 5.2 Age Eligibility The player s passport, with the year of birth displayed, must be presented as proof of his/her eligibility to represent the country of passport as well as the eligible category (if applicable). M18 Category: Born in 1999 and after to be eligible for M18. M15 Category: Born in 2002 and after to be eligible for M15. M12 Category: Born In 2005 and after to be eligible for M Team Size Each team shall register a maximum of 7 players (5 + 2 reserves) and any number of officials. A maximum of 3 registered officials are allowed to sit at the bench during the match. Only these 7 players are allowed to participate in this competition. Note: Under current FITB rules, if you are keen but do not have enough players, you may still join the competition by filling up the registration form. FITB shall assist to assign you a team if possible. 5.4 Match Duration Boy & Girl (M15 & M18) 3 periods of 12 minutes, Maximum 5 minutes interval Boy & Girl (M12) 3 periods of 10 minutes, Maximum 5 minutes interval 5.5 Match Ball Size Boy & Girl M 12 Official Size 1 Ball Boy M 15 & M 18 Official Size 2 Ball

11 Girl M 15 & M 18 Official Size 2 ball The official match ball for this competition will be FJC. The pressure of the ball will be set at 4.2 PSI (equivalent to 0.3KG force/square cm). 5.6 Official Competition Equipment FITB A homologated tchoukball frames shall be used RyCheng Sports Company for the frames & for the ball shall be used FJC Tchoukball Company (Made in Taiwan). Note: Under current FITB rules, the host country shall make the decision on which homologated equipment to use for this competition. 5.7 Final Decision FITB & the organizer reserve the right to alter the scheduled time and dates of the competition if deemed necessary. Participating teams will be informed of the changes.

VISA APPLICATION Indonesia Government had granted visa on arrival favor to 52 countries to be able to purchase the visa on arrival facility upon their arrival in Indonesia's designed International Gateway at 15 airports and 21 seaports. United States of America Indonesia will be added its Visa on Arrival (VOA) favors to more 11 countries joined with previous 52 other favored countries according to the Directorate General of Immigration recent released paper.

14 The 11 countries are Algeria, the Czech Republic, Fiji, Latvia, Libya, Lithuania, Panama, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Tunisia. Tourists from those selected countries will not oblige to apply abroad for a visa but can purchase a visa on arrival at 15 gates of Indonesia's international airports and seaports. The fee for this visa, payable upon landing, is US$10 for a 7 day visa and US$25 for a 30-day visa. The official entry requirements for the issuance of a 30 or 7 days day visa-on arrival: 1. Passport must be from one of the countries listed above. 2. Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 (six) months from the date of entry into Indonesia. 3. Payment of US$10 or US$25 must be paid at the gateway, depending on the length of visa required. 4. Onward or return tickets are compulsory. 5. Visitors must enter and exit through one of the 15 airports or 21 seaports officially approved as an international gateway by the Indonesian Immigration department. 11 countries and territories are eligible for a "Visa Free" facility. Those holding valid passports from the following countries will be granted a nonextendable 30-day Visa-Free Short Visit Permit upon arrival at an Indonesian international gateway without charge: 1.
