Tuesday, Mar. 7 Toddler Storytime - 10:30 am for ages 1 & 2 year olds with Miss Vanessa. MCLINC Catalog Upgrade - March 7-8. MCLINC (Montgomery County Library & Information Network Consortium) will be upgrading and migrating our Shared Catalog. Access to the catalog from home will be disabled Tuesday night and possibly into Wednesday. We will be open, but you will need to bring your Library Card to borrow materials. Mah Jongg - Monday 11:30 to 3:30 pm. Canasta - Tuesday 11:30 & Wednesday at 12:00 pm $2 Community Room Parking in the Lower Level. PLEASE CARPOOL Get Involved. At this NO-STRESS event for Teens in grades 6-12, Alex London, author of Proxy and Guardian, will speak about the hopeful nature of YA dystopian literature, its impact on Teens, why it has remained popular, and how his novels were inspired by his experiences as a journalist in refugee camps. Registration is required Sign Up Today! First 15 Teens who register online will receive a FREE copy of Proxy! Light refreshments will be served. Glynnis Flores and her colleagues on the Carolyn Field Award Committee. The 5 members of the Carolyn Field Award committee read 42 books written or illustrated by PA authors and illustrators. Each committee member was asked to submit their five (5) favorites. Thirteen (13) titles were discussed at the meeting to select the five (5) books for the award ballot. The ballot will be sent out to the Youth Services division of the Pennsylvania Library Association to select the Award Winner!
