Jan :30-12:30 pm Classroom Chaparral Renovation Mr. Simmons provided an update of unfinished items now that the Club has reopened. The most significant item is the planned purchase of a new 4K monitor to be installed above the lectern in the classroom. Assuming Board approval at the December 21 Board Meeting, the goal is to complete install by January 15, the first day of classes in the winter session.

11 Also the audience was reminded about the following: Tech Help is again available on Tuesdays from 12:30 to 3:30pm in the Computers Open Use Room. Access to computers in Open Use Room will be daily from 12:30pm to 3:30 pm until the renovation begins, That Jim Geffre ( , donates old laptops to schools and would like the laptops to have Windows 7 or newer. That the Club also collects Old Cell Phones & Printer Cartridges. The Code of Conduct needs to be followed when either in the Club or at Club meetings Member Comments on non-agenda items and general questions. There were none. Mr. Simmons introduced featured Speaker Arnie Gelb who provided a Windows 10 update. 10. Adjournment The meeting was adjourned at 2:20 pm.
