1 Union Ambulance District Board Meeting Minutes April 20, 2016 Opening: The regular board meeting of the Union Ambulance District was called to order at 7:00 P.M. on at UAD House #1, 211 South Church St., Union, MO, by Ray Pracht. Present: Ray Pracht, Joe Tobben, Richard Young, Rich Purschke, Angela Gibson, Greg Toelke, Jim Strubberg, Ken Koch, Tim Lottman, Tim Spencer, Christy Edler, Stephen Cange, Jackie Murry and Ryan Wolff. A. Approval of Agenda The agenda was unanimously approved as distributed. B. Approval of Minutes The minutes of the previous meeting ( ) were unanimously approved as distributed. C. Citizens Communications D. Financial Statement The financial statement was unanimously approved as distributed. E. Authorization of Payment of Bills The bills were unanimously approved as distributed. Page 1 of 5

Administrator s Report (See Attached Report) -Policy Approval of EMS Shorts to be worn at the fair and special events in the summer. -Part-Time Approval to hire Ken Berkel back part-time with the requirement of 3 shifts per month 2 of which must be weekend shifts. -Service Ken is working on obtaining information on businesses in UAD since sales tax passed. - AQM will dispose of old computers properly for $12.00 per hard drive. UAD has roughly Accept AQM bid of $ for a new router. - Christy and Ken to make deposits instead of having Debbie continue to do it. Jim Strubberg is Is worried what auditor will say. Issued tabled. -Equipment Approval to purchase pry ax tool so crews can gain entry to patients without having to wait for the fire or police departments. -Building Issues with outside doors at house 1 & 2. Joe will look at these doors. -Training Ken and Christy to attend training April 21, 2016 Any election signs can be thrown away. I.
