3 8) The Chair requests Resolution No. 18/04-02 to: Approve the following Mail Box Policy: If a Township vehicle accidentally hits a mailbox and/or post and causes damage, the Township will repair or replace the mailbox and/or post per the Ohio of Department of Transportation standards. If during snow removal, snow or ice hits the mailbox and/or post and causes damage, the Resident is responsible for the repair or replacement. 9) The Chair requests Resolution No. 18/04-02 to: Authorize a Request for Engineering Services from the Summit County Engineer to provide a feasibility study for the placement two detention ponds in the wooded area of Crestwood Park on Northfield Center property in order to relieve flooding on Crestwood Lane and and the general Marwyck/Dorwick area. 10) The Chair requests Resolution No. 18/04-02 to: Auction two 2014 S.C.A.G. giant vacuums and a ton Mac-Lander Trailer through govdeals.com G.
