The first opportunity will be on agenda items only, while the second will be for other topics. The Board requests that no complaints of a personal nature be initiated at a public meeting. Please note that the Board will be listening and taking notes, but please do not expect a response. If further action is needed from the Administration, direction will be given to follow up with the community member. Should a Board Member offer a response, that individual is speaking only for him or herself and the response should not be considered to be that of the Board. 1

The Administration recommends the Board approve payment of the General Fund expenditures, for February 15, 2018 to March 8, 2018, in the amount of $1,176, Please see Enclosure B1 1 and B1 2 for further details. 2. The Administration recommends the Board approve payment of the Food Service Fund expenditures, for February 1, 2018 to February 28, 2018, in the amount of $65, Please see Enclosure B2 for further details. 3. The Administration recommends the Board approve the Per Capita exonerations, for the year, that have been processed for the month. Please see Enclosure B3. The Administration recommends the Board approve the appointment of Robert D. Kline as Deputy Tax Collector for Lower Windsor Township to collect and settle taxes during any incapacitation of Dawn R. Fitch, Lower Windsor Township Tax Collector. 6. The Administration recommends the Board approve the agreement with 5 Star Driver Training School, LLC, to provide a state approved driver education program for Eastern York School students, effective for the remaining school year, and through June 30, The Administration recommends the Board accept a donation from James Massey of a 4/4 Stentor violin case, with the approximate value of $80, to be used at the Eastern York Middle School Music Department. 8. The Administration recommends the Board accept a donation from Gretchen Young of a 4/4 Eastman violin, case, and bow, with the approximate value of $500, to be used at the Eastern York Middle School Music Department. 9. EDUCATION 1. The Administration recommends the final approval of the Pre Veterinary Science Curriculum. NOTE: First Reading and Distribution January 18, The Administration recommends the final approval of the World Religion/Philosophy Curriculum.
