Intending delegates are required to make their own accommodation arrangements and register for the meeting. AGENDA 2.1 WG12 Opening Plenary Monday, 9:00 to 10:30 1. Welcome and introduction 2. Roll call of members 3. Approval of previous minutes 4. Report from Convenor 5. Report from Editors for and New Work Items and Report from IFPUG 7. Registration and distribution of documents to be considered at this meeting. 8. Revision of Agenda 9. Schedule Time to discuss: Japanese Interim Meeting, November 2004 Brisbane Plenary, May 2004 Our plans to upgrade , and to IS Status and type of standard for Other Items relevant to the series 10. Organise a volunteer to manage document management 11. Organise someone to take the minutes. Note: All delegates shall bring an electronic copy of EVERY document to be distributed at the Plenary. These are to be given to Martin for placing on the server. Please note: facilities will be made available to enable participants to directly connect their notebook computers to a local network within the meeting room. The times for the sessions and breaks might change because of local arrangements in Dublin. 2. allocations are temporary and may change after the meeting commences. 3. Combined Group will include all WG12 members. Break-out sessions will be concurrent and will involve each member selecting a particular Part of the project and working on that Part within a smaller group. Break out sessions will be decided at the meeting. 4. In order to ensure minutes are as correct as possible, the minutes will be distributed by the morning break of the day after. Each delegate is expected to read the minutes, for discussion at the end of the day's work at 5:00pm. 5.
