We disposed of all comments on the main body of the PDAM with the exception of the following, which were held whilst BMW prepared proposed text for and of the IS: UK5, UK7, UK8 and UK 9. Tuesday 24 th September 6. BMW presented revised text to dispose of UK5, UK7, UK8 and UK9. Drafting group will work on the text (see W17n0182). 7. 5 8. We started to look at issues about Annex B. It needed re-reading. All to read as homework before start on Wednesday. Wednesday 25 th September 9. The WG listened to a presentation by AM on ITU-T SG17 see item 9 below. 10. We progressed Annex B. Thursday 26 th September 11. Continued on Annex B. 12. Two versions produced: one marked up original (W17n0184) and one re-structured (W17n0185). 13. BMW to propose new text on Community Object and other community related stuff. 14. There will be an Editor s note asking for contributions on Viewpoint correspondences and compliance and conformance. 15. A whiteboard version of the main Annex A picture (albeit with lots of question marks) was agreed and photographed, and will be used by STB to publish a revised model based on the NB contributions and this picture. Next steps 16. Programme, subject to confirmation with SC7 Sec by ST-B, is: mid Nov 2002: PDAM to SC7 Secretariat mid Dec 2002: SC7 Secretariat publish for ballot Mid Mar 2003: Ballot close 2003/05/12: WG17 meet in Montreal from which we may go to FPDAM, or 2nd PDAM. Assuming we go to FPDAM: : FPDAM Ballot start : FPDAM Ballot close : Final meeting of WG : FDAM ballot start Note: the above programme was checked with the SC7 Secretariat, and is confirmed to be feasible. 17. We use time between now and 2/11/1 to electronically work up Annexes A and B. JM calls a close to this process. ITU-T Liaison 18. ST-B to send meeting report to Herb Bertine. 19.
