TCDLA Staff Report, Joseph Martinez Conflict of Interests Statements Currently missing Shirley Baccus-Lobel, Lance vans, David Guinn, Kameron Johnson, Kathryn Kase, William McNabb, heobe Smith, Teana Watson, John Young forms must be notarized. Financial Reports, Mari Flores Mari reviewed the July financials. Uncollected Fellows/Super Fellows ledges, Melissa Schank A report was given on uncollected fellows. A committee (Kathryn Kase and Lance vans) was set up to locate pledges without contact information. Merchandise, Melissa Schank FY12 total sales report was given. rices for hats have been increased to $20. New items will be ordered to restock from the FY13 budget. TCDLI Board Orientation/Feedback Comments from participants were: best orientation, location and activities were great, liked having boards together. Budget Committee Report, Kameron Johnson Kameron gave on overview of FY 2012 budget, update that Board approved FY 2013 Budget on August 21, 2012 conference call and an update regarding FY 2013 Chart of Accounts and Ruidoso seminar grant. MOTION: August 21, 2012 Minutes Approve minutes from August 21, 2012 Conference Call meeting. Motion made by Kameron Johnson, seconded by Frank Suhr motion carries. Fellows/Super Fellows Report, heobe Smith Recognition of Donations from June 1 August 31, Old and New Business Increasing Merchandise rices New committee (Frank Suhr and heobe Smith) to come up with new prices.
