1 ORDER NO ENTERED 02/18/09 BEFORE THE PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSION OF OREGON UM 1020 In The Matter of PORTFOLIO OPTIONS COMMITTEE Recommendations for Portfolio Options. ) ) ) ) ) ORDER DISPOSITION: PORTFOLIO COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS APPROVED The Portfolio Options Committee (Committee) recommends portfolio options to the Public Utility Commission of Oregon (Commission) in accordance with OAR At the Commission s December 9, 2008, Public Meeting, the Committee made several recommendations regarding the appointment of the following individuals to the Portfolio Options Committee for the November 2008 to October 2010 term: Lori Koho, to represent Commission Staff; Robin Straughan, to represent the Oregon Department of Energy; Joelle Steward (Pacific Power) and Doug Kuns (Portland General Electric Company) to represent the electric companies; Jennifer Gross, to represent NW Natural; Jeff Bissonnette (Citizens Utility Board of Oregon), David Philbrick (a PGE customer), and Roger Rees (Oregon HEAT) to represent residential customers; Janet Steele (CEO Albany Area Chamber of Commerce) and Eric Lovell (Uroboros Glass Studios) to represent small nonresidential customers; David Tooze (City of Portland), and Gary Thompson (Sherman County) to represent local governments; and Katie Kalinowski (Renewable Northwest Project) to represent public/regional interest groups. The Committee also recommended the following individuals be appointed as proxies for committee members: Lisa Schwartz for Lori Koho, Commission Staff; Paul Wrigley for Joelle Steward (Pacific Power); Marc Cody for Doug Kuns (PGE); Kip Pheil for Robin Straughan (Oregon Department of Energy); Susanne Leta Liou for Katie Kalinowski (public/regional interest group representative); and Michael Armstrong for David Tooze (local governments). Detailed analyses of the recommendations are contained in the Commission Staff Report, presented on behalf of the Committee, which is attached as Appendix A and incorporated by reference. The Commission adopts the Committee's recommendations.

2 ORDER NO ORDER IT IS ORDERED that: 1. Lori Koho is appointed as representative to the Portfolio Options Committee for Oregon Public Utility Commission staff. 2. Robin Straughan is appointed as representative to the Portfolio Options Committee for Oregon Department of Energy. 3. Joelle Steward (Pacific Power) and Doug Kuns (Portland General Electric Company) are appointed as representatives to the Portfolio Options Committee for the electric companies. 4. Jennifer Gross is appointed as representative to the Portfolio Options Committee for NW Natural. 5. Jeff Bissonnette (Citizens Utility Board of Oregon), David Philbrick (Portland General Electric Company customer), and Roger Rees (Oregon HEAT) are appointed as representatives to the Portfolio Options Committee for residential customers. 6.
