5 BEFORE THE PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSION OF OREGON UE 170 In the Matter of PACIFIC POWER & LIGHT (dba PACIFICORP Request for a General Rate Increase in the Company's Oregon Annual Revenues CROSS EXAMINATION STATEMENT OF THE INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMERS OF NORTHWEST UTILITIES The Industrial Customers of Northwest Utilities ( ICNU submits the following Cross Examination Statement. ICNU wishes to cross examine the following witnesses of PacifiCorp and Oregon Public Utility Commission Staff ( Staff at the hearing in the above-captioned Docket, currently scheduled for July 20-22, 2005: Douglas Larson, Christy Omohundro, Paul Wrigley, Mark Widmer, David Taylor, 1/ and Bill Wordley. ICNU wishes to cross examine these witnesses generally regarding all aspects of their testimony. Below is a list of time estimates for the cross examination of each witness. However, at the hearing, ICNU will seek to introduce cross examination exhibits regarding Mr. Taylor s testimony. In addition, ICNU reserves the right to conduct cross examination of other PacifiCorp witnesses, as ICNU has not completed its review and discovery regarding the Company s approximately two hundred pages of sursurrebuttal testimony.
