This Combined Notice covers improvements of appro mately 21,000 residential properties within Livingston Parish. The estimated total amount requested for this activity for the parish is 78,500,000. FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT The Office of Community Development has determined that the project will have no significant impact on the human environment. Therefore, an Environmental Impact Statement under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) is not required.
