3 Audit Change Log Tools Change Log Audit Field Log Print Icon 4613 Madison County Audit Change Report - report dates incorrect RELEASE DOCUMENTATION Dates have been corrected (From and To dates were reversed) Land Records Select Work Basket Land Records Print Icon Analyst 9372 Computer Arts, Inc. Grantor - Grantee query is not working Land Records Analyst Report. Also Grantor needs to be switched to first selection on panel. Query has been fixed. Grantor and Grantee have been switched around on the panel so they are in the order more commonly expected. Property Detail Reports Public Requests Property Detail 9205 Fremont County Would it be possible to add totals to the Property Detail Report? We need a report that has a total gross market value, total HOE and then a total net market value. Grand totals have been added to the end of the report for Assessed Value, HOE Amount, Taxable Total, and Total Estimated Tax Property Ownership 9315 Madison County Refresh button (lower left) not refreshing as expected. After editing citizenry and correcting spelling of a name, user clicks Refresh icon at lower left. The data in the panel does not change. If they click the OK button to the right, it refreshes the panel and they see the corrected information. The icon with the Refresh image is actually intended to renumber the Owner Sequence Number rather than refresh the data. We have changed the icon so it now shows with a number sign (#). Use this icon to renumber the citizen records in the ownership grid. The program has been modified so changes made to a citizen record will automatically be shown in the ownership grid at the bottom left of the screen. There is no need to remove the citizen record from the grid and then put it back on in order to see the change. Revised 3/11/2011 Computer Arts Inc. Page 3 of 5

4 Summary Sheet 9628 Bingham County Parcel Type not displaying correctly on Summary Sheet when users add new types Report has been modified to pull descriptions from Parcel Type table rather than be hardcoded Tax Certification 9048 Fremont County Current listing report shows property address, but user needs listing with mailing address as well Report has been modified to show both property and mailing address Tax Estimate 1460 Estimated Taxes - Certifications print regardless of selection. Needs to include county breakdown. Additional options have been added to the Estimated Tax panel, and the report has been completely redesigned. 1. Choose from options available a. Show/Print Certs b. Show County Portion (this box must be unchecked in order to view and/or print) c. Print County Portion 2. 5 Tax Payment - MultiMulti-Parcel 9521 opulate year field when bill is scanned When user has selected to pay by bill number, ppopulate The year is only required when entering a payment using a bill number that was not created in Property (converted onverted data). To simplify entry we have added a third option to the Multi Multi-Parcel payment. Users can now pay by parcel number, bill number, or bill number and year. o Parcel Number: Key in the parcel number o Bill: Use for payments made using a bill created after you started using Property (no year required) o Bill and Year: Use for payments made using a bill created in your old system (you will need to enter both the bill number and the year) Tax Payment - Scan Bill 9520 Change panel behavior so that as bills are scanned and the grid fills up, the grid will advance up to always show the most recent scan at the bottom (Multi (Multi-Parcel arcel payment panel already functions this way, they want the same behavior behavior) Panel has been changed to function similar to the Multi-Parcel screen Tax PrePre-Paid History Select Treasurer Pre-Paid Paid History 1424 Paid History (PT4yfF) -Create New Report and add print Tax Pre-Paid capability to grid screen.
