1 Technical Planning Advisory Committee (TPAC) Technical Transportation Advisory Committee (TTAC) Joint Technical Advisory Committee (JTAC) Meeting Agenda Thursday, 9:30 AM Solvang City Council Chambers 1644 Oak Street Solvang, CA, TPAC at 9:30 a.m. JTAC at 10:00 a.m. TTAC at 10:15 a.m. The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee and Technical Planning Advisory Committee are advisory bodies to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments. Committee members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District. Persons may address The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee and Technical Planning Advisory Committee on any matter listed on the agenda by completing and delivering to the Clerk a speaker slip before the item is considered. Matters not listed on the agenda may be addressed during the public comment item on the agenda. Further information on agenda items can be obtained in the SBCAG Office, 260 North San Antonio Rd., Suite B, Santa Barbara. The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee and Technical Planning Advisory Committee may consider items out of sequence at the discretion of the Chair. FEDERAL TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AMENDMENT Review a draft of Amendment 1 to the 2019 Federal Transportation Improvement Program (FTIP) and recommend approval to the SBCAG Board in January Responsible Staff: Jacky Mata 8. FEDERAL AND STATE LEGISLATIVE PLATFORMS Receive presentations on SBCAG s draft Federal and State Platforms for Responsible Staff: Gregg Hart and Sarkes Khachek 9. RINCON MULTI-USE TRAIL PROJECT REQUEST FOR RSTP FUNDING Receive a presentation on additional funding needed for completion of the for revised environmental studies and preliminary engineering for Rincon Multi-Use Trail project and provide a recommendation on use of Regional Surface Transportation Program (RSTP) funding to the SBCAG Board of Directors.
