Hager. Ms. Billie Davis, Christian Educator, Centenary United Methodist Church, Richmond, Virginia, offered the following prayer: Almighty God, give each individual in this room the gifts and the graces to make the decisions necessary for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Bring unity to the House and Senate bring rules of order and peace of mind to all in the legislative branch of our government in the state of Virginia. Bless these leaders not only in their professional lives but in their personal lives, in decision-making, also. We ask this in Your name, almighty God. Amen.
