Airlines are sending out flying to low cost carriers Welcome back to Suzy Danielson. Lots of new members have joined the US ski clubs. New FIS rule changes have not affected IASF rules. Race course will be very icy & hard. Caution to competitors. Nordic Races will be the Olympic Jumping Complex. Top C: Minutes Lake Placid Fall Meeting minutes reviewed & approved Top D: Secretary/Treasurer-Financial Report Presented & reviewed.
2 Top E: Vice President s Report Registration fees & all costs need to be considered when Team Captains select a Resort from the bids submitted. All Board Members should plan to stay till the conclusion of the Fall Meeting to finish all business. Uniform issue & board restructuring were not completed due to members having to leave early. Will present the new Board structure idea to the Team Captains at their meeting on Monday, after decision of the board members. Top F: President s Report Lots of problems with ORDA. Elizabeth Moeller worked very hard, assured us we will have a successful week. Thanks to fellow officers for stepping up when he was busy. Four Resorts bidding for All resorts have representatives present. Top G: Unfinished Business Kevin Bell explained the problems with the new website & . Discussed TV project. Vice President presented New Board Structure idea, discussed and voted down by the board 7:5 Top H: New Business Upcoming Event Need to make a decision on new uniforms. Will discuss further at Board Meeting on Thursday. All Board Members be visible at all events. Meeting adjourned by President Mathias Dolderer.

Snowboard results took too long due to software format. Top C: New Business Board members need to pay Jim Tullos for jackets purchased. Bjorn presented his research on new uniforms. Motion was made & approved to purchase 30 jackets & order them. Will try to solicit new sponsors to cover the costs. Discussed need to purchase software for electronic registration for future events. Kevin Bell will research possibilities. Top D: Miscellaneous Discussed Fall Meeting dates. Guests will have to pay if in attendance. It is not recommended.
