2 President Unique Stewart I. No SGA General Assembly Meeting on 11/20 due to Thanksgiving Break II. Ben Dotsei Malor SGA awarding Ben Dotsei for the services he has done. III. How To Make A Difference Through Public Service on 12/5 from 2:30-3:30PM & 4-6 PM in Dal 1 Room 102 Career Services asks SGA to voluntarily attend the event. Vice-President Yareli Jasso I. Arbor Day Dona Hamilton will be hosting an event in which students can volunteer and plant trees. Attending this event could be a way in which students can participate for the good of the community. Finance Officer Naide Hernandez I. Weekly Budget Update Remaining: $17,395 II. Jagger s Den Application Deadline 2/6 for Spring 2019 Programming Officer Fernando Lomeli I. Events: Deck-It Out Tournament on November 13 from 6-7PM in FH 138 Canned Food Castle Competition on November 15 from 5-6PM in FH 138 Dream Catchers on November 29 from 5-6 PM in FH 138 Campus Spa on December 5 from 3-7 PM in FH 138 Public Relations Officer Yomira Smith I. Campus TV Monitor Software malfunctions Update: Digital sign computer is not working We are transitioning into a new system Parliamentarian Isaiah Smith Secretary Abigail Duarte Senator Reports

3 Human Services Representative I. Senator Anaximandra Gonzalez Flexibility for Chemistry classes - Is there a possibility SGA could help hire a new Chemistry professor for all Chemistry courses? Residential Life Representative I. Senator Jason Figueroa Issues with the Residence Hall Association - There was no clear distinction between my role in RHA and SGA - After speaking to the Advisor of RHA, there will be an election to vote for Residential Life Representative for SGA. - Will we as SGA need to make a modification in the bylaws and make that motion if necessary? ECI Cafe feedback: - Employes would close before their closing times - Bacon is used through the whole day - Worker s are unprofessional - Student s are liking the new meals that ECI is implementing Resolution - Senator Figueroa sent an to ECI voicing the concerns and the issues were addressed. Veterans Representative I. Desmond Burton Family Night - SGA could voluntarily participate for the event Veterans Gala - Great turnout - $1,000 + in donations Toys for Tots - Veterans are collecting donations - Only accepting new toys Sock drive for homeless veterans - Only White socks to identify them as clean Go out to other organizations and figure out how we can have a better turnout Student Body Representative

Senator Monty Grant Athletics - In the Luncheon with President Mong, senators and student leaders brought up questions regarding the athletics issue. - Dr. Bartula is working on an advancement program - President Mong is sending a presentation for Dr. Bartula to present to the General Assembly meeting. THANK YOU! - For those who attended the Election Watch night event. Transfer Representative I. Senator Tw Quan Harris SGA give the Veterans office a token of appreciation by providing the veterans with Breakfast. Lighting in the parking lot is in the process of getting fixed Promoting the campus: - Updated Billboards to see that UNTD is active and involved Graduate Representative I. Senator Tyesha Wilson Graduate students do want to see SGA involvement in the night time Appreciate graduate mixer events Any way SGA cold create a program for graduate students Old Business I. Canned Food Drive and Jackets It was understood that there was supposed to be a total of 1,200 cans There was no official motion New Business I. Senator Mony Grant Made a motion to host an event called Meet Your SGA in which students get to meet their representatives. [ Motion was brought to the table until we have a budget plan] Open Speaker s Podium I. Namoi II. For more information regarding the Fraternities and Sororities that are reaching out to our chapter Nickie Advisers have give no options and alternatives to students regarding their fees. Does the Director of Advising have to come to the General Assembly meetings? III. Christopher Marshall
