Minutes Review/Approval (Mr. Beistel): The USAF and ADEC Remedial Project Managers (RPM) reviewed and approved the meeting minutes for the 16 May 2013 monthly meeting. EPA will review and sign via and electronic signature. b. OLD Action Items (Mr. /Ms. Findlay): The RPMs reviewed the latest action items provided on the 26 June 2013 Open Action Items list, as follows: Action Item No. 24 was for the RPMs to discuss prioritization of the SER/CRP site list.
9 RPM Monthly Meeting 26 June 2013 This item will be impacted by the upcoming Performance-Based Remediation contract and will remain pending and on the Open Action Items list with a due date of 30 July Action Item No. 60 was for the USAF to draft PCEADs for compliance monitoring of various spill sites on airfield/flightline. Mr. Beistel and Ms. Socash are continuing to work on this action with a due date of 12 July Action Item No. 61: The USAF will convey to the regulators what will be done with the CSM Update field data (i.e., for source areas ST20, ST48, SS35, which contractor is doing the CSM Update Report and when?). It was determined that EA will complete the CSM Update Report matching the same format as Jacobs. This item will be moved to the Completed Action Items list. Action Item No. 62: The USAF will provide ADEC/EPA with slides and handouts from the UEC course, including base supplements. Ms. Tallant is continuing to work on this action item with a due date of 31 July Action Item No. 63: The USAF/ADEC/EPA will finalize the SER/CRP list. Ms. Tallant completed this and will send to the regulators. This item will be moved to the Completed Action Items list. Action Item No. 64: The USAF will prioritize remaining sites on the SER/CRP list not previously prioritized and gain agreement from the RPMs. The RPMs determined that Action Item No. 24 will cover this action and this item will be moved to the Completed Action Items list. Action Item No. 65: The EPA will discuss with regulatory agency attorneys on the interpretation of which documents are Primary and Secondary. Specifically, there are some data reports that are Secondary/Other documents that do not have a Primary document to feed into. Of note, language in Sec of the FFA says they may feed into Primary documents. Mr. Lambert was assigned this action item on 5 June 2013 and is working on this item with a due date of 30 July Action Item No. 66: The ADEC will provide specific examples of previous reports that depict historical data on figures. Ms. DeRuyter was assigned this action item on 5 June 203 and completed this item as of 7 June Action Item No. 67: The USAF will provide clarification on the distinction of COCs and COPCs, use of FRGs, and explanation that MCL and State cleanup levels are not being ignored. This action item was assigned to Ms. Socash on 5 June 2013 and completed this item as of 24 June 2013, as the USAF incorporated clarification into the IWMP Report Final delivered to the EPA\ADEC. This action item was re-assigned to EPA\ADEC to review the clarification provided by Ms. Socash with a due date of 12 July Page 2 of 3

An ICILUC update was provided and discussed during the June RPM monthly meeting~ Ms. May presented an update on the disturbed soils construction projects on the-spreadsheet report and projects map. RPMs agree pursuant to the Eielson FFA this document is a Primary Document. A single well will be set at boring location 2. The wells will be screened from 248 to 258 feet bgs. 2. The third boring location will be close downgradient screening as identified in figure 5 of the deep drilling work plan. 3. If groundwater grab sample screening results at location 3 are consistent with locations 1 and 2 (no deep chlorinated analytes over project screening level), deep drilling will be complete.
