14 MSP must be supported by a strategic document Strategy for the Sea Plano Mar Portugal Start as soon as possible, the blue economy doesn t wait nor the IMP Building capacity - Crea4ng a permanent team Par4cipate as much as possible in projects that enable knowledge acquisi4on monitoring and evalua4on and cross-border coopera4on (MARSP & PLASMAR). By 2021 we want to be ready to review Keep it simple, keep it logic, keep it percep4ve. It is the only way to truly involve all sectors, to be inclusive, otherwise we make the MSP into something very eli4st that will favor only certain sectors and interests, discouraging engaging and jeopardizing the collec4ve and strategic interest.
