In response to #6 and #7 (page 1 ): I defend numerous cases in Macomb County Circuit Court each year on behalf of our insurance company clients. I have attached the captions of my current active Macomb County cases under TAB 1 for your reference. I would estimate that since 2008 I have been involved in hundreds of Macomb County cases as a Plaintiff and as a Defendant Although, the last four years I have almost primarily defended insurance companies. In response to #2 (page 2): I have attached several captions under TAB 2 from cases in which I served as defense counsel in personal injury cases over the last three years. I would estimate that I have handled cases per year over that span. I recently served as a mediator during Settlement Week and have attached a letter from Judge Foster for your reference under TAB 3.
