The Michigan Public Service Commission (Commission) will hold a public hearing to consider Wisconsin Public Service Corporation s (WPS Corp) August 10, 2016 application for Commission approval to determine that its 2015 Renewable Energy Annual Report satisfies all applicable requirements; determine that its actions in 2015 complied with renewable standard requirements and standards, and were reasonable and prudent; determine that its reconciliation for 2015 does not result in any under-recovery or over-recovery of revenues; and grant other relief that is just and reasonable.
