U Wisconsin Public Service Corporation will revise its Michigan natural gas transportation service tariffs, if the Michigan Public Service Commission approves its request. The information below describes how a person may participate in this case. WPSC is seeking authority to implement revisions to its Michigan tariffs for transportation services so as to: (i) change from Monthly Balancing services to Daily Cash Out; (ii) change the blocks of the Daily Balancing Charge to 0.0% to 8.0% and >8.0%; (iii) eliminate utility billing of balancing charges for third party balancing pools; (iv) combine High Flow Constraint Day, Low Flow Constraint Day, and Constraint Day Balancing into a single new section ; (v) change the Daily Balancing Floor and Ceiling rate calculation to account for multiple pipelines now serving WPSC s service territory; and (vi) add a section to address ANR Operational Flow Orders.
