I have been a mediator/facilitator in the Macomb County Court system for almost 35 years. I practice as an advocate that has resulted in approximately 97% of my cases being settled and not proceeding to trial. In addition, I serve as a case evaluator in Wayne County as a neutral and have served in that capacity for over 20 years. In Wayne County, I generally sit as an evaluator approximately five times per year. In addition to serving as a mediator in Macomb and Wayne County Circuit Courts, I am a MERC arbitrator, fact finder, and grievance hearings officer.
