Note 2: Security Deposit: 10% Security Deposit of total value of contract will be deposited by successful bidder, who has been awarded the contract. The SD to be furnished in form of A/c Payee DD or Bank Guarantee issued by Scheduled Commercial Bank of India. 1) Please send your detailed quotation by 3.00pm on in sealed cover to India Govt. Mint, Noida (U.P). The tender will be opened on at 3.30 pm. 2) Completion of supply: To be completed within 45(Forty five) days from the date of issue of purchase order. 3) Delivery-FOR India Govt. Mint, Noida basis including packing and forwarding but exclusive of Octroi and other municipal taxes should be quoted 4) Payment Payment will be made by e-payment within days after completion and acceptance of the work by India Government Mint, Noida. The firm will be required to intimate details of bank accounts along with a photo copy of cheque for e-payment. 5) Envelopes containing quotations to be sealed and conspicuously marked "QUOTATION" for "HIRING OF MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT". Due at 3.00 pm on Failure in compliance of above instructions may liable your quotation for rejection. 6) If no mention is made regarding taxes, it will be presumed that your rate is inclusive of all taxes. 7) Quotation will be opened at 3:30 pm on Suppliers or their nominees may be present at the time of opening of the tender. 8) Envelopes not marked as (5) above are likely to be opened in the normal course. 9) Quotation should be preferably dropped in the Tender Box placed at Main Gate of Mint. However, Hand Delivery & quotation sent by post will also be accepted. 10) Late quotation will not be considered. 11) If you are unable to offer/quote, please pass on your enquiry letter to the likely supplier under intimation to us. 12) If you have entered into Rate Contract with the DGS&D New Delhi, for the Article in question please quote R/Contract Rate. 13) Postal delays will not be condoned on any account. 14) Quotation should be valid for 90 days from the date of opening date of quotations. 15) If supplier fails to supply the material within stipulated time, purchase may without prejudice, recover from the supplier, as liquidated damage, not by way of penalty, the sum of contract price of the undelivered goods for each each week. The total damages shall not exceed value of 10% of undelivered goods. 16) The Purchaser reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity by 25% at any time, till final delivery date of the contract, by giving reasonable notice even though the quantity ordered initially has been supplied in full before the last date of Delivery Period. 17) As per the recent amendments to Schedule VI of the Companies Act 1956, companies are required to make certain disclosure pertaining to vendors registered under Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act 2006(MSMED Act 2006). If your firm/company is registered under MSMED Act 2006, please send us a copy of the registration certificate. 18) The General Manager, India Government Mint, Noida or his authorized representative has the right to reject any or all tenders wholly or in part without assigning any reason. 9 Job Description: Job work for unloading of drums. Section VII: Technical Specifications 1.) Hiring of Material Handling Equipment for unloading and stacking of coin blank drums from closed/open trucks and containers with operator and other accessories. 2.) The Contractor shall report within one hour of intimation by the mint authority along with crane, fork lift, chain pulley, labours and other accessories required for unloading of drums containing the coin blanks from closed/open trucks and containers.
