DEKLE TO APPEAR PRO HAC VICE Comes Now Andrew H. Dekle, an associate at the law firm of Bouhan, Williams & Levy LLP (the Firm ), and respectfully requests permission to appear pro hac vice in the abovecaptioned cases, In Re Small Loans, Inc., Case No WRS, and the related bankruptcy proceedings for The Money Tree, Inc., Case No , The Money Tree of Louisiana, Inc., Case No , The Money Tree of Florida, Inc., Case No , and The Money Tree of Georgia, Inc., Case No Pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule and Rule 83.1 of the Local Rules of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, I submit that I am qualified to appear before this Court for the reasons set forth below. Bouhan, Williams & Levy LLP represents Robert and Margaret Knox, residents of Chatham County, Georgia, who have unsecured claims against Debtors The Money Tree, Inc. 2 and The Money Tree of Georgia, Inc. The Firm began serving Mr. and Mrs. Knox in connection with their claims against the Money Tree, Inc. and The Money Tree of Georgia, Inc. before these corporations filed for bankruptcy. The Firm seeks admission to this Court to help protect the interests of Mr. and Mrs. Knox in these proceedings. Andrew Dekle is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Bar No He has been admitted to practice before all Georgia Courts, including the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. He has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Georgia. He has reviewed the Local Rules for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama and the Local Rules for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Alabama and agrees to abide by them. A certificate of good standing for Andrew Dekle from the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, the district in which he resides and regularly practices law, is attached hereto as Exhibit A in accordance with Rule 83.1 of the Local District Court Rules. WHEREFORE, Andrew H. Dekle respectfully requests that this Court enter an order admitting him to appear pro hac vice before this Court on behalf of Robert and Margaret Knox in the above-captioned Chapter 11 cases.
