Wilson, Esq. of the law firm of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, proposed counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Kid Brands, Inc., et al., and respectfully represents as follows: 1 The Debtors in these chapter 11 cases, along with the last four digits of each Debtor s tax identification number, are: Kid Brands, Inc. (5337); Kids Line, LLC (0448); Sassy, Inc. (9722); I&J Holdco, Inc. (1543); LaJobi, Inc. (1450); CoCaLo, Inc. (3844); and RB Trademark Holdco, LLC (0611). On June 18, 2014, each of the above-captioned debtors and debtors-inpossession (collectively, the Debtors ), filed with this Court voluntary petitions for relief under chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code. 2. Mr. Wilson is a partner in the law firm of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, with offices at 101 Park Avenue, New York, New York As set forth in the accompanying Certification In Support of Application for Admission Pro Hac Vice of Eric R. Wilson, Mr. Wilson is admitted, practicing, and in good standing as a member of the Bar of the State of New York (admitted 2005); the Bar of the District of Columbia (admitted 2004); the Bar of the State of California (admitted 1997); the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; and the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Central, Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of California. There are no disciplinary proceedings pending against Mr. Wilson. 4. If admitted pro hac vice, Mr. Wilson has represented that he will adhere to the disciplinary jurisdiction of this Court. Mr. Wilson will arrange with the New Jersey Lawyer s Fund for Client Protection for payment of the applicable annual fee under New Jersey Court Rule 1:28-2(a) and shall pay the fee required by L. Civ. R (c)(3) for pro hac vice admission to this Court.

THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon the Application for Admission Pro Hac Vice of Eric R. Wilson, Esq. (the Application ); and the Court having reviewed the moving papers of the applicant, an out-of-state attorney, and considered this matter pursuant to rule 78 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, rule of the Local Rules of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (the Local Rules ), and rule the Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure for the District of New Jersey (the Local Bankruptcy Rules ), and good cause having been shown; it is ORDERED that: 1. The Application be, and is hereby, GRANTED. 2. Eric R.
