Woodward ( Movant ), with the firm Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP, a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and serving as local counsel in this case for Retirees David Canterbury, Ricky Simpkins and David Heasley (the Moving Rretirees ), hereby moves the Court, pursuant to Local Rule (E)(2), to authorize Jon D. Cohen, a member in the law firm Stahl Cowen Crowley Addis LLC of Chicago, IL ( Admittee ), to appear and practice pro hac vice on behalf of the Moving Retirees in the above-captioned case, all jointly administered cases, and all related proceedings, and in support, Movant states the following: PHDATA _1

2 Document Page 2 of By this motion, the Movant seeks an order authorizing the Admittee to appear and practice pro hac vice on behalf of the Moving Retirees in this case, all jointly administered cases and in all related proceedings. 2. Jon D. Cohen is a member in good standing of the Bar of Illinois and is admitted to practice before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Illinois. There are no disciplinary proceedings pending against him and his admittance to practice law has never been revoked. 3. Mr. Cohen is a member of the law firm Stahl Cowen Crowley Addis LLC with offices at: 55 W. Monroe, Suite 1200, Chicago, Illinois (telephone: (312) ; facsimile: (312) , jcohen@stahlcowen.com) and the Admittee application is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference into this motion ( Application ) 4. Pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule (G), and because there are no novel issues of law presented in this motion, Movant requests that the requirement that all motions be accompanied by a written memorandum of law be waived and that the Court rule upon the Motion without an oral hearing as contemplated in Local Rule (L). A proposed Order granting this Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice is attached hereto as Exhibit B. 5. No previous request for the relief sought herein has been made to this Court and notice of this Motion has been provided to counsel for the Debtors PHDATA _1
