AL. UNDER CHAPTER 11 OF THE BANKRUPTCY CODE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN as follows: 1. On January 16, 2017, Memorial Production Partners LP and its debtor affiliates, as debtors and debtors in possession (collectively, the Debtors ), each commenced a case under chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code (the Bankruptcy Code ) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas (the Bankruptcy Court ). 2. On January 17, 2017, the Debtors filed a plan of reorganization (the Plan ) 2 and a proposed disclosure statement (the Disclosure Statement ) pursuant to sections 1125 and 1126(b) of the Bankruptcy Code. The Disclosure Statement Hearing will be held before the Honorable Marvin Isgur, United States Bankruptcy Judge, in Room 404 of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, 515 Rusk Street, Houston, Texas 77002, on February 27, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. (Central Time). 5. Any objections to approval of the Disclosure Statement must: (i) be in writing; (ii) conform to the applicable Bankruptcy Rules and the Local Rules; (iii) set forth the name of the objecting party, the basis for the objection, and the specific grounds thereof; and (iv) be filed with the Court, together with proof of service. Any such responses or objections must be filed by February 21, IF AN OBJECTION TO THE PROPOSED DISCLOSURE STATEMENT IS NOT FILED AND SERVED STRICTLY AS PRESCRIBED HEREIN, THE OBJECTING PARTY MAY BE BARRED FROM OBJECTING TO THE PROPOSED DISCLOSURE STATEMENT OR THE ADEQUACY THEREOF AND MAY NOT BE HEARD AT THE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT HEARING. 7.
